Welcome to HyDaBa

This open access database contains gene-expression data from different sources. It focuses on gene-expression data from the filamentous nitrogen fixing cyanobacterium Nostoc PCC 7120. These data can be queried and linked to metabolic pathway maps.

The initial idea of HyDaBa was to setup a database with hydrogenase relevant information. Meanwhile, HyDaBa has outgrown its initial scope.
